Reservations
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or authorized corporate billing. Quotes are valid for 24 hours unless otherwise stated. Vehicle class is guaranteed; specific vehicle make/model may vary within class.
Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must provide accurate pickup details including flight numbers for airport transfers. Excessive cleaning fees may apply for vehicle damage or biohazard situations. Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles.
Wait Time
15 minutes of complimentary wait time is included from the scheduled pickup time. Additional wait time is billed at the applicable hourly rate in 15-minute increments.
Liability
NYC Limo Wish is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We recommend allowing extra time for airport departures.
